ANSWER: Business jets, Air Ambulance, Cargo aircraft, Passenger aircraft, Military aircraft.
2. Do you provide services at other Thai airports or only at U-Tapao?
ANSWER: For now, we only provide services at U-tapao Airport. However, we do have several long standing associated ground handlers
in several other prominent airports and request you contact us directly to see if we can assist in getting you our corporate for that location.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
1. Do you assist with flight planning and weather briefings?
ANSWER: We can coordinate with the related departments for you.
2. Can you coordinate airport slots during congested perions?
ANSWER: Yes. Please get in touch with us via email or call and let us know the aircraft's information, services requested,
and we will work with you for seamless services to your customers upon to landing.
PASSENGER & CREW SERVICES
1. Do you arrange hotel bookings for crew or passengers?
ANSWER: Yes, we have established corporate rates with a myriad of premium hotels in Pattaya and Rayong,
ensuring convenient locations, quality service, and a wide range of cost-effective accommodation options.
2. Can you assist with crew visa extensions or documentation?
ANSWER: Yes, we can support crew with visa-related matters. Crew members entering Thailand with a GD (General Declaration)
are permitted to stay for a specific period only. If a longer stay is required, we will coordinate with
the airport immigration office on your behalf. Please note that any extension approval is subject to
immigration’s discretion and the reason for the request.
3. Is ground transport limited to vans and cars, or do you also provide VIP Limousines and buses?
ANSWER: We can provide you with all modes of transportation to your desired location. Â

ANSWER: We are unable to arrange diplomatic clearances or special permits directly. These must be processed through the respective
national embassy. However, we do assist routinely and can support as required.

ANSWER: Our team handles direct coordination with Thai Customs and Immigration on your behalf.
3. Can you assist with special security arrangements for government or military flights?
